Just so I can answer the questions thats been asked 37849267429 times. haha
1.) Is it hard?
Yes and no. Its always hard to push yourself over a limit that you never knew existed. Both physically and mentally. Physically wise…I’m out of shape. So to get active again and using every inch of muscle on my body every day is a bitch. The pain hurts, it burns like hell, and you’re at that point where you wanna scream it out. Almost every day your sore. And you wanna know what sucks?…you do the same shit the next day. But you just gonna push through…
“Endure the pain and drive on.”
“Train through the pain soldiers, train through”
Mentally wise… just keep focusing on the prize. Don’t let shit get to you. Keep telling yourself that you can do it. Think about why you did this. If its for your family, think about them.

So far…pt, victory tower, gas chamber, pt, markmanship, o-courses, pt…ummm…pt and pt. haha
